Did you know the HR Partner are a fully remote team, with team members working in 7 different countries? Most of our customers are in the same boat, and have employees that work in areas with completely different currencies.
Sometimes, you may have an employee that moves around, so as they get promoted, they may be paid in a different currency, or perhaps they work in a remote location, but are being paid in the same currency as the company HQ.
Well, now you can specify the currency which you are paying your employee when you enter in a Position/Salary record in HR Partner:
The system will default to the Employee's Location currency first, then the Company country currency, but you can always override it.
