Getting notified of job applications
Get instant email notifications whenever someone applies for a job with you.
A small but significant change to the public job portal in HR Partner that we made today - you can now get notified whenever anyone submits a new job application via the portal.
You can turn these notifications on or off in the Job Listing edit screen. Under the section where you specify 'Send Email Replies About This Job To' address(es), you can also nominate to have any new application notifications sent to the same place.
Of course, if you are expecting hundreds or even thousands of job applications, then you probably would want to turn these notifications off to prevent Inbox overload (they default to OFF for just this reason) - but you are free to turn notifications on or off at any time so you can manage your incoming email load.
