Applicant Filtering

If you are using the powerful Recruitment module within HR Partner, you will probably soon find out that your list of candidates applying for jobs can grow quite quickly - especially if you are using the built in public job portal in HR Partner that allows your candidates to view your jobs online and submit their job applications electronically.

What we have done now is to add a filtering option to the list of applicants, so that you can narrow down the global list to just candidates for a particular job, or that are in a particular stage of the job pipeline.

We have also improved the paging algorithm, to make it faster and more efficient to page through, and sort your applicant list in various ways.
