Did you know you can now use the ChatGPT AI engine from within HR Partner in order to make your lives easier?

I am sure by now a lot of you have heard about the advances in AI lately, including the ubiquitous ChatGPT service that can answer almost any general knowledge question that you put to it.

We here at HR Partner are always looking for ways to incorporate new technology into our system - not just for the sake of it, but only where we think it will help you to work better or more efficiently.

Recruitment

Well, one of the common queries that our customer success team gets asked about is "How do I write a great job advertisement?" when you are using our recruitment system to post job ads to hire new team members.

We help where we can, and we have also considered creating a bunch of pro-forma boilerplate job adverts that you could use as a starting point.  But when we saw ChatGPT in action, we thought - Well, why don't we use this new technology to try and help our customers?

So we are now pleased to let you know that we have the built in ability for you to get ChatGPT to help you with creating a new job listing.  When you add a new job in our recruitment module, you will now see this prompt:

Clicking on the 'Get Started' button will bring up this pop up window where you can specify what you want in your job ad:

The first sentence will already be there, and your job title will be used initially, but feel free to add extra details for the job ad like our example above.

You can see that ChatGPT created quite an excellent job ad from that which can be used as a great starting point for you.

Disclaimer: While ChatGPT can create a lot of standard text in your job ads, sometimes it can go a little too far and include information on working conditions, benefits or salary that might not be in line with what you are offering, so we strongly encourage you to not accept what it gives you at face value, but instead to check and ensure all details are correct before you post your job.

At the end of the day, it is all about helping you be more productive, by giving you a starting point and inspiration to continue crafting your job listing.

Email Templates

We have also included the same AI engine in our Email Template areas, to help you craft things like a birthday message email, invitations to corporate meetings etc. which you can save to reuse later.
