Fresh new look for your job boards
As part of our ongoing efforts to completely refresh the look and feel of HR Partner in the coming year, we will be releasing a brand new look for your public facing job boards this week.

Built from the ground up using modern web technology, the new job boards look better, load faster, and make it much easier for your applicants to submit their job applications. They will also work much better on mobile phone browsers, as our research shows an increasing usage of mobile devices on our job boards.
You also have much more control over the colour themes used, and how much you promote your company on your main job page.
One of the biggest changes is that your applicants can now take their time filling in a job application. Our system will automatically save their application in draft form, allowing them to take a break and come back to it later.

We have also made the custom forms work better, and more user friendly for less technical applicants to be able to still submit their applications.
You can still your CAPTCHA to protect your forms from automated postings (using your choice of Google's reCaptcha or hCaptcha), and you can also opt to plug in your choice of analytics tools to track activity yourself (i.e. Google Analytics, or Fathom, or Simple Analytics etc.)
Lastly, we have also improved the social sharing widget on the board, so your team or your applicants can easily share your job listings across various social networks (or you can turn off this sharing ability if you don't want to use it).
Prepare For Change
The new job boards differ quite significantly from our current one, and there is a chance that your pre-selected color schemes may not look the best 'out of the box'.
We strongly suggest that when the new boards are released (don't worry, we will send out a general newsletter broadcast just before we do), that you immediately go to Recruitment > Configure > Job Board and pick colors in there that match your branding. There are many more areas to pick colors for now, so you can tailor the board to conform with your corporate color scheme.
You can also tailor the top banner images and wording to better introduce your company to any potential candidate.
As always, our friendly, helpful Customer Success team is on standby to jump in and help you out with any of the above.
Let us know what you think of the new boards. You can see some more samples here on our knowledgebase.
